FRIGO PANELS

FRIGO PANELS
SIDMA’s new THERMOCOLD range of refrigeration panels is the result of a major upgrade to the production line at its Lamia factory, completed in February 2023.
The improvement of key features of the refrigeration panels, such as assembly, the extremely compact PUR and PIR foam core, and flatness, establish the THERMOCOLD series as the most reliable solution for the construction of cold storage, freezing, and Clean Rooms.
The series remains complete with all insulation thicknesses, ranging from 100mm up to 200mm.

FOOD PROCESSING AREAS (PROCESSING – PACKAGING)
Temperature-controlled storage and food processing areas, where strict standards are required regarding resistance to contamination by fungi, bacteria, and microorganisms, and to the release of chemical substances into food, as well as resistance to frequent washing and cleaning procedures.
HYGIENIC & STERILE AREAS (CLEAN ROOMS)
Temperature-controlled and atmosphere-controlled rooms and compartments with high hygiene, cleanliness, and surface resistance to cleaning specifications. Sterile areas are essential for the production of products such as pharmaceuticals, implants, electronic devices, solar collectors, and packaging, and are also used for research purposes.
COLD STORAGE ROOMS
Areas intended for the storage of products with controlled temperature and atmosphere. The temperature in these areas usually does not fall below 0 °C. Frequent washing and cleaning procedures of surfaces are often required.
FREEZING ROOMS
Areas intended for the storage of products with controlled temperature and atmosphere, where it is essential to maintain temperatures well below zero. The surfaces of such areas must be resistant to the proliferation of bacteria and fungi, and to the effects of chemical substances.
SHOCK FREEZING ROOMS
Shock freezing chambers are the most effective and economical way to freeze fresh products, with a wide range of applications. The cooling and freezing times of products can be reduced by 3 to 10 times compared to conventional chambers. The surfaces of such areas must be resistant to oxidation, the proliferation of bacteria and fungi, and the effects of chemical substances.
