Our Company recognizes Occupational Health and Safety as an absolute priority. Avoiding incidents (incidents) and creating and maintaining a working environment, in which risks have been identified, assessed, prevented and eliminated, is our main concern.

At SIDMA SA, we are committed to developing and implementing effective systems, standards and practices for Health and Safety in the workplace that respond to our business activities.

The Company, in collaboration with its employees and through consultation with them, implements the Health and Safety program at the workplace through the structural implementation of the ISO 45001:2018 standard, which aims to provide and maintain a Healthy and Safe working environment and minimizing risks for its employees, visitors, contractors and those who may be affected by the Company's activities, while at the same time meeting customers' expectations for safe products and high quality services.

As part of our commitment to providing a Healthy and Safe working environment we recognize and support the following Health and Safety principles:

• Management strives to provide an environment where incidents (incidents) in the workplace will constitute a preventable risk within the Company.
• The implementation of the ISO 45001:2018 standard in all areas of our Company should at least be harmonized with all applicable legal and other requirements.

The Implementation of an effective H.E.S. Management program is an integral part of our business activities and in this light:

• We will work to identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with known causes of work-related injuries within our workplaces.
• We will strive to ensure that all employees, at every level, are aware of Health and Safety practices in the workplace and apply them faithfully.
• We will ensure that any incidents (incidents) are assessed and included in the comprehensive management review programme.

We believe and expect that all our employees will respond effectively and undertake their own commitments to support Management in the implementation of this Occupational Health and Safety Policy.

The Occupational Health and Safety Policy is communicated to all staff and is available to interested parties when required.
