The PSR1000 coating system is a roof coating structural element. It consists of two steel plates and a polyurethane foam core. The PSR1000 covering panels are characterized by their easy and fast installation, offering at the same time high thermal insulation and waterproofing.
The PSR1000 ceiling panels can be combined with special double polyester transparent sheets that are easily integrated into the construction and give natural lighting to the covered space thus significantly contributing to energy savings.
Panels are mostly produced from galvanized and pre-painted steel sheets, however it is also possible to produce them from aluminum and stainless steel sheets. For special requests please contact us.

The PSR1000 coating system can be used in a number of applications such as e.g. on roofs of metal buildings, canopies, parking, sports facilities, cabins, prefabricated houses and many more constructions.
The ceiling panels can (under conditions) also be placed in constructions with greater architectural requirements such as e.g. curved ceilings.

Available lengths and overlays
Available lengths from 0.50 to 16 meters. In case of placing two or more panels lengthwise, it is possible to order a special order with overlapping of the sheets. In most cases an overlap of 200mm – 250mm is recommended.

After the installation of the ceiling panels is completed, a number of special pieces are necessary both for waterproofing and for the aesthetic completion of the structure.
